Gift voucher terms and conditions

Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue and must be used within this period. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used in one single transaction towards dining at Ursula’s Paddington. They may not be redeemed for cash, will not be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-transferrable. Gift vouchers must be presented upon arrival at Ursula’s Paddington.
